Precision Electric (Ireland) limited has, since its formation in 1964, been to the forefront of the electrical contracting industry in Ireland. With a portfolio that includes the St. Stephens Green Centre, IFSC, Intel, Arnotts and St. Vincents Hospital the company's abilities to adapt to a continuously developing marketplace over the past 4 decades are clearly in evidence.

Pavilions Swords, Dublin

This development completed in 2001 forms part of a new town centre for the expanding Swords area on Dublin's northside.

The centre comprises a multi-storey car park and 53 outlets, 2 major supermarkets and covers in excess of 800,000 sq. foot.

Precision Electric were contracted to install the complete electrical to the shell and core comprising 20/10Kv, standby generation, an extensive building management system, security, lighting, general services and one of the most advanced fire detection systems installed to date in Ireland.
