Precision Electric completed the electrical installation to the shell and core of this development for Hardwicke Properties in early 2002.

Later that year we were engaged to provide the electrical services for the Educational Building Society, who moved their headquarters to the building from the Westmoreland Street offices. We were able to meet the challenges to an extremely tight timescale and the high level of services required by a financial institution and delivered the project on time and within budget.
